Our Brewery

Located in a landmark 100 year old tin mill in historic downtown Hermann Missouri, Tin Mill Brewing Company is focused on the art of authentic German Brewing. The majority of our beers are brewed in accordance with the German Purity Law of 1516, also known as Reinheitsgebot (pronounced: rye hots gee bot). And our barley and hops are all imported from the word famous Hallertau region of Germany, the same place where our authentic copper brewing kettles originate. We invite you and your friends to tour our brewery and join us at the Lager House to enjoy one of our fine beers. Here you’ll find the celebration and atmosphere of a true German Pub right down to our authentic Isar Tankards from Munich. Nearly every German has a “Lieblingslokal”, a place where the host is a friend and there’s always a place at the table. We hope you’ll consider Tin Mill your Lieblingslokal in Hermann.

Amazing beer selection of pilsners, lagers, IPAs and sours. Loved the Red Caboose and Oatmeal Coconut Stout! Food was simple and delicious. Pulled pork was cooked to perfection. Onion rings, fries were great.

Great patio! They had a live band and tons of seating. We got quite a few different beers, all pretty good. We saw lots of food around us that looked awesome but we didn’t eat when we were here. Also plenty of space inside with music & a lively vibe.

Fun microbrewery in the quaint town of Hermann, MO! The beer is very tasty...I had the Skyscraper! We enjoyed a rainy Friday afternoon on the second floor, playing games (checkers and Rummikub)! Other games were available too. There is also an awesome event space available for reservations! We enjoyed the atmosphere and the brews--we will definitely return!

Tin Mill was amazing. We had the Bavarian pretzel with Beer cheese and the fried mushrooms. Both were amazing but I preferred the Bavarian pretzel. The Beer cheese was the best I have ever had. Service was quick and efficient.Dunkelweizen was really good. (From a missouri girl that absolutely despises beer).
